Gender Differences in Job Satisfaction June 6, 2007 According to the American Business Collaboration (a group that promotes job sharing) there are some distinct gender differences in the relative importance of certain features of a job. Most interesting are the differences between exempt and non-exempt female employees, especially the trade-off between the importance of salary compared to meaningful work and opportunities for advancement.
