Bob Lang, in 1997, was one of the founding partners of Legal Resource Group, LLC.

Initially begun by undertaking unique lawyer searches for a limited clientele of law firms, the demand for searches for law firm executives increased to where LRG became the largest recruiter of law firm management searches in the United States. 

Bob spent the bulk of his career working for major corporations in marketing and business development, including extensive work with professional service firms. He has been working with law firms since 1995.
