Ed Wesemann, in 1997, was one of the founding partners of Legal Resource Group, LLC.
Initially begun by undertaking unique lawyer searches for a limited clientele of law firms, the demand for searches for law firm executives increased to where LRG became the largest recruiter of law firm management searches in the United States.
Ed has 25 years of experience as an Executive Director of large law firms ranging from 100 to 550 attorneys. He is the author of over 100 articles and five books.He consults and speaks globally on law firm culture and its impact on diversity, recruitment and selection.
