Erica Ringenberg joined LRG as a recruiter in 2003. She continued to recruit positions for law firms across the United States until 2007 when she accepted the position of Director of Business Development and Marketing for Legal Resource Group, LLC.

 

Prior to joining LRG, Erica was an Executive Assistant to the Dean in the College of Business at Bowling Green State University, where she worked with the Admissions Department MBA program.

 

Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
