Legal Resource Group has been retained by an AmLaw 200 firm to assist them in their search for a legal human resource professional. The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for directing all of the human resource activities for the firm including general HR, employment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations/risk management, training & Development & staff appreciation. This position reports to the COO.
The idea candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of successful human resource management experience with progressively increasing scope of responsibility covering all key areas of the field including employment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, risk management, employee relations and organizational development.
