A large and highly respected Richmond based law firm, has retained Legal Resource Group, LLC to assist them in recruiting a law firm financial professional for a highly responsible opportunity.
This is an exempt salary management position reporting to the Executive Director and having direct interaction with the Firm’s Board members, Chairman, Vice Chairman and President (“Managing Partners”), other Director level positions and Office Managers. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has authority over all accounting, billing, reporting and financial management related activities of the Firm. While the CFO will work primarily out of the Firm’s Richmond office, approximately 10 percent travel to the Firm’s other offices will be required.
The ideal candidate would have a C.P.A. Certificate and/or an MBA degree or equivalent with ten to fifteen years related experience, preferably with a law firm.
