Office Administrator - St Louis, MO Date Posted: April 8, 2008 Legal Resource Group has been retained by a large nationallaw firm to recruit a professional legal administrator to manage their St. Louis office. This is a senior administrative management exempt salary position reporting to the COO with general guidance from the Managing Partner in the St. Louis office.
This position is responsible for directing, managing, overseeing the daily office operations to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.
The Office Administrator is expected to be a leader who takes full responsibility for the daily management of the office exercising a high level of authority and discretion.
This position will be responsible for all operational functions with emphasis on human resources management, budget performance, facilities, safety and security, purchasing, secretarial support and managing and overseeing outsourced services.While he or she will work closely with the Office Managing Partner(s) and firm-wide administrative leadership to ensure collaboration on Firm-wide projects, goals, policies, and procedures, this position requires mid-large firm management experience and proven success in operating with a high level of authority and discretion.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have a college degree in business, human resources or a related area, or the equivalent work experience. In addition, the candidate will have 5-7 years management experience with heavy emphasis on human resources in a law firm or professional service environment.
