A Midwest firm currently seeking a candidate for the following position:

A large high profile Detroit based law firm is searching for a Director of Finance. This position has firm-wide responsibilities and reports directly to the COO and Vice Chairman of the Firm. 

 

The Director of Finance is responsible for management of the overall financial affairs of the firm including accounting, budgeting, management reporting, internal accounting controls, expenditure control, forecasting and cash management. The Director of Finance is a member of the Firm’s senior administrative management team, which also includes the Human Resources Director, the Information Systems Director, and the Business Development Director. The senior management team participates in the formulation of policies and procedures governing Firm operations.
