Director of Attorney Development - Detroit, Michigan
A leading, high-profile Detroit-based business law firm is searching for a Director of Attorney Development. This new position will have firm-wide responsibilities and will report to the Chair of the Attorney Personnel and Recruitment Committee, the COO and the CMO.
The Director of Attorney Development will be responsible for all aspects of the Firm's legal professional and career development programs, associate and non-percentage partner performance evaluation, compensation, and training programs, mentor programs and will oversee the firm's diversity goals. Will serve as Firm's contact with appropriate outside vendors and professional organizations. The Director of Attorney Development is a member of the Firm's senior administrative management team, which also includes the Human Resources Director, the Technology Director, Operations Director. The senior management team participates in the formulation of policies and procedures governing Firm operations.
