About Us

Legal Resource Group is a professional recruiting firm specializing in senior administrative management positions for large law firms. Founded in 1997, Legal Resource Group has grown into one of the largest specialized recruiters for law firm senior administrative positions in the United States. Each law firm is unique, as are its recruitment needs, Legal Resource Group was designed to be a solution to the problems that companies consistently experienced in using the typical executive recruiter, including: exorbitant fees, lack of communications, lack of professionalism, lack of urgency, and meaningless guarantees.

Who We Are

We initially began by undertaking lawyer searches for law firms. Increasingly, our client firms referred other firms to us for executive and senior management searches. The demand for these additional searches beyond lawyers increased to the point where we elected to focus our business into senior administrative positions where we believed we could add value. Since then, we have become one of the largest recruiters in the country for senior administrative management searches for large law firms.

What We Believe

At Legal Resource Group our business model is based upon four pillars: Communication, Knowledge, Speed and Cost Efficiency. We believe in providing clients with constant communication on the status of our searches. We believe in conducting searches in areas in which we have special expertise or knowledge.  We have developed an extensive database of law firm administrators at large law firms across the country. This allows us to identify highly qualified candidates in a short period of time, which allows the firm to move forward with the selection process expeditiously. Finally, our fee arrangement is deliberately low and reflective of the true cost of a search.
