We understand the importance of culture as a distinguishing feature of law firms. We work with firms to understand their culture and with candidates to learn their cultural experience with prior firms.

With a large staff of recruiters, we have the critical mass to devote the necessary resources to your needs. We understand the urgency required in the private practice of law and we respond to it.

We have the capability to conduct searches in all major legal markets and in all practice areas and industry specialties.
Reasonable Fees
The combination of our access to the best people, the size and scope of our operation, our database and the fact that we only operate on a retained basis allows us to charge a very reasonable fee of 25 percent of salary - about 30-35 percent below typical executive recruiter fees.
